This additional piece of information will GREATLY reduce your searching matches and make things significantly easier.
Using two advanced features of Google search you will enter the following search term:
+"first last" +"unique thing"
Example: +"bart simpson" +"skateboarding"
This search term says that the two phrases must be in the results and the phrases must be matched exactly.
Expanding on your search, you should try alternate spellings of the first and last name, short or nick names.
Hopefully, the list of matches will at minimum, move your towards your final goal of finding someone.
